Made by Mason is the creation of a young Bendigo furniture maker who takes pride in crafting high-quality, custom timber pieces with care, precision, and heart. What started as a hobby, shaped by years of hands-on experience, has grown into a thriving small business — driven by passion, creativity, and a love for working with good people.

Mason’s journey began in the workshop, learning the ropes alongside his father and grandfather, both carpenters with a deep respect for the craft. Those early years sparked a love for timber, tools, and thoughtful design. After spending countless weekends building for fun and refining his skills, Mason officially launched Made by Mason in 2023 — turning his lifelong passion into a full-time pursuit.

Before taking the leap into business, Mason built a strong foundation in the construction industry, working in project management and estimating. This experience gave him a sharp eye for detail, timelines, and quality — skills that now flow into his furniture builds. He also spent time managing hospitality venues, where he learned the importance of client experience, clear communication, and building relationships — all of which continue to shape the way Made by Mason operates today.

Today, Mason pours that same energy into every piece he makes — bringing natural timbers to life and delivering furniture that’s as functional as it is beautiful. For Mason, the best part of the job is seeing a client’s face light up when their vision becomes reality. That feeling is what keeps him inspired and motivated, project after project.

Made by Mason is proudly run by Mason, his beautiful partner Tay, and their golden (and groodle!) child, Sonny — the team’s unofficial mascot and morale booster. Together, they’ve created a business that’s personal, honest, and full of heart — and they can’t wait to see where this wild, wonderful journey takes them next.
