How long will my custom furniture take to make? Our standard turnaround time is typically 8–12 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your piece and our current workload. Because we’re a small team and everything is made by hand, we kindly ask for a little flexibility — we promise, it’s worth the wait!
Do you deliver? Yes, we offer delivery! Pricing depends on your location and the size of your piece. We’ll chat about delivery options when your order is ready to go. You’re also welcome to pick up from our workshop by appointment.
What kind of timber do you use? We work with a variety of quality Australian hardwoods and sustainable timbers, and we’ll guide you through what will work best for your piece. Each timber has its own unique features — no two pieces are ever the same!
Can I change my order after I’ve paid the deposit? Once your design and materials are confirmed and your deposit is paid, we begin preparing your materials and planning your build. Small changes may be possible early in the process, but they may incur additional costs or impact your timeline.
Do you make dining tables / vanities / shelving / custom sizes? Absolutely. We love bringing all kinds of timber visions to life. Just send us a message with your ideas and dimensions (inspiration photos are recommended), and we’ll get started on the design process!
Can I see the progress of my piece? Yes! We’re happy to share updates throughout the process — we love showing your piece coming to life. Just keep in mind we may be busy in the workshop, so we’ll update you when there’s something exciting to show.
Do you offer refunds? Due to the custom nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a major fault in your item (as defined by Australian Consumer Law), we’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Will my furniture look exactly like the photos on your website or social media?Not exactly — and that’s the beauty of it! Each piece of timber is unique, with its own grain, knots, and natural colour variations. We do our best to match your vision, but every creation is one-of-a-kind.
How should I care for my timber furniture? We’ll provide a care guide when you receive your piece. Generally, avoid excess moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh cleaners. A little TLC will keep your furniture looking beautiful for years.
